DUBAI, 4th November, 2023 (WAM) -- The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has launched awareness guidebooks for private sector companies and Emirati private sector employees to raise awareness on Emiratisation-related decisions and initiatives, and the benefits provided by both the Ministry and Nafis to support and empower Emirati professionals in the private sector.

The Emirati Human Resources Competitiveness Council, ‘Nafis’ implements national initiatives aimed at increasing Emiratisation in the private sector. The council supports citizens in the private sector by increasing their competitiveness and providing this sector with Emirati skills.

Emiratis who work in the private sector are eligible to receive a Dh7,000 monthly salary top-up, as per rules announced by government leaders in November last year.
