National Service Cadets and Graduates are the shield of our society
In accordance to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, their Highnesses, Supreme Council Members, Rulers of the Emirates, to provide job opportunities for nationals.
Objectives
- Support UAE National Service Program cadets to secure employment and education opportunities prior to completion of the program.
- Create a one-stop hub for National Service Program cadets and graduates to meet with organizations looking to engage with them under one roof.
- Open channels of communication between cadets and graduates of the National Service Program with the participating organizations in the exhibition from the public and private sectors.
- Provide work, training, and educational opportunities for cadets and graduates in different sectors to further pursue their personal development.
- Support the Emiratisation program to increase the number of Emiratis in the job market and their contribution to the economy.
